2012/2013 SUPKUC ELECTION
According to SUPKUC constitution article 32 [1] on voting “ all SUPKUC elections shall be by secret ballot on the principle of one member one vote”
NOTE: All Will Be Vetted According to “By- law 3 [6]”
EXECUTIVE POSTS:

The following shall be elected universally by SUKPUC and will be vetted according to constitutionChairman

  • Vice-Chairman
  • Secretary General
  • Treasurer
  • Academic Secretary
  • Legal Affairs Secretary
  • Gender Affairs Secretary
  • Physically Challenged Representative
  • Sports Secretary
  • Social Affairs Secretary


The following shall be elected by Parliament and and will be vetted according to constitution

  • Assistant Treasurer
  • Assistant Secretary General
  • Editor -in - Chief
  • Assistant Academic Secretary
  • Assistant Sports Secretary
  • Assistant Social Functions Secretary
  • Nominated Member [Male]
  • Nominated Member [Female


The following shall be elected by respective Halls of Residence  and will be vetted according to constitution

  • Accomodation Secretary - Men’s Hostel
  • Accomodation Secretary - Ladies Hostel

PARLIAMENT:

The following shall be elected by Parliament and will be vetted according to constitution

Speaker
Deputy Speaker
Sergeant-at-Arms
Clerk
